Embody Your Truth
A Transformational Embodiment and En(voice)ment Retreat
September 25th - 30th; Breckenridge, CO

Our Mission

At Embody Your Truth, we believe that authentic connection—with self, others, and life itself—is the gateway to healing, freedom, and fulfillment.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a community initiation, a homecoming to the body, and a reclamation of your right to be fully, vibrantly you.

We gather in ceremony, in movement, and in presence to peel back the layers of fear, perfectionism, and shame—and to make space for what is most true - the essence of you!

In this retreat, we will:
-
Anchor you in the safety and love of a living, breathing community that reflects your brilliance and holds your becoming
-
Empower you to transform old wounds and stories into deeper understanding, compassion, and creative power
-
Guide and empower you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and your authentic voice so you can move through life authentically and purposefully.
-
Unlock your powerful innate embodied leadership that emanates as a transmission of your grounded, depthful, trustworthy presence.

This is a space where your expression becomes liberation.
Where your truth becomes your path.
And where community becomes your medicine.

Is Embody Your Truth for You?
You might feel called to this retreat if...

-
You’re tired of shrinking, shape-shifting, or censoring yourself in relationships or social spaces
-
You have emotions that feel stuck in your body—grief, rage, desire—and you long to feel, move, and free them
-
You’ve done mindset work… but know there’s something deeper still locked in your body
-
You long to be seen for who you really are—without performing, pleasing, or pretending
-
You want to step into community and connect in real, honest, heart-cracking ways—beyond surface-level or spiritual masks
-
You feel a future version of yourself waiting to be claimed—creative, honest, embodied, powerful
-
You know there’s more of you that wants to come through—and you’re ready to say yes

You don’t need to be a performer, healer, or speaker to come to this retreat.
You just need to be someone who’s ready to stop holding yourself back.
